Dear MMC Professionals!
With respect to the Resolution dated July 30, 2021 for the cities of Nur-Sultan and Almaty, we received many questions about the 2021 Autumn Events, namely Mining & Metals Central Asia, Kazcomak and AMM.
Indeed, the situation in different regions of Kazakhstan changes daily, and today the Country's major cities are in the Red Zone.
Since April 2021, all permits of the Government of Kazakhstan consider Exhibitions separately from Public Events, and the new Resolution allows holding of Mining & Metals Central Asia, Kazcomak and AMM, since the format of these events is not included in the category of “Mass” events due to its specific professional orientation and thanks to the sanitary and preventive measures that we have taken:
- Implementation of ASHYQ System (ashyq.kz), which reflects the health status of visitors and exhibitors
- Completely updated registration system with a choice of time and day of visit
- Mandatory wearing of masks and placement of sanitizers in all areas of the event
- Thermometry and increased walkways between stands
The most important thing for us is that your participation in Exhibitions is as safe and fruitful as possible, therefore we are engaged in attracting the maximum number of industry specialists and, at the same time, do everything necessary to ensure control of flows and distancing following all recommendations of the sanitary services.
The number of visitors staying in one Exhibition Pavilion at a time will depend on the zone in which the city will be located at the time of the Exhibition.
